How do I pack my computer, I don't have the original boxes?
You are not alone. Most people don't have the room to keep large bulky boxes around. We handle the problem by working together with you. To save time and money and ensure the safety of your data you may want to first back up your data, disconnect cords and load them along with discs and peripherals into a well-labeled carton. On move day we'll wrap your cpu, monitor and printer in pads and transfer them safely in our large canvas lined bins. Visit to pack or not to pack.

Four Wheel Dollies
You can expect to pay more when long hallways must be transversed to get to the service elevator. You can minimize charges of this kind by selecting a company that has the proper equipment. You should not use any company that carries only one or two four-rubber wheeled dollies. If you do, you will find yourself paying for two men to carry a dresser down a long hall when one man could have easily handled it using a dolly. The more dollies available, the quicker your job will be finished. Beltway Movers carries eight dollies on every van.
Canvas Bins
Inquire as to whether or not your mover has large commercial canvas hampers similar to those used in laundries and department stores. Without them, your movers will be making countless trips to and from the elevator with small items that could have easily been handled in one hamper basket. Beltway Movers will supply up to four hampers free of charge on moving day when requested in advance.
Masonite
Consider the wear and tear on carpets and high polish floors. Beltway Movers has on hand enough sheets of masonite or similar protection to cover all floor services from the loading dock to the customers door.
